Managing Partner
Lou Chicatelli has practiced law in New York's Capital Region since 1999. As Managing Partner of Rosenstein Chicatelli, PLLC, he leads the firm's estate planning, elder law, and Medicaid crisis planning practice, helping families protect what they have built and navigate the difficult decisions that come with aging, illness, and loss. His work also spans estate and trust administration, real estate, and business formation for closely held companies. He serves as President of Marathon Title Agency. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, where he served as a Sergeant, Lou earned his J.D. from Albany Law School (1999). He is admitted to practice in New York (Third Department) and before the United States Supreme Court. Lou lives in Niskayuna with his wife, two children and dogs Ringo & George.
