Briana V. Kenyon, Esq., senior associate with Rosenstein Chicatelli, PLLC, is an estate planning and real estate attorney. She represents individuals and families in estate planning matters, routinely drafting wills, trusts, health care proxies, and powers of attorney, as well as clients in all aspects of real estate transactions, and landlords in landlord-tenant disputes.
As senior associate, Briana brings to the firm over a decade of experience as an attorney in private practice. She has a keen interest in the planning aspect of her trusts and estates practice, having served as in-house counsel to a financial planning office. A magna cum laude graduate of Russell Sage College, Briana earned her Juris Doctor from Albany Law School in 2005 and is admitted to practice law in New York State. Briana is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and the Women’s Bar Association.
Outside of legal practice, Briana enjoys all things related to family, cooking and the outdoors.
